Spooner “Spoon” Phillips V joined Forge Consulting in October of 2022 as a Case Analyst. Before joining Forge Consulting, Spooner worked for Ernst & Young as an associate in Strategy and Transactions – Business Valuation, Modeling, and Economics. During his time at EY, Spooner specialized in the banking and capital markets sector, where he helped the world’s largest financial institutions navigate strategic business opportunities and challenges.

In May 2021, Spooner graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and certificates in personal and organizational leadership and sustainability.

Spooner has always had a heart for serving others, especially regarding their financial needs. He is eager and excited to apply his skills to serve our clients and help them live a high quality of life.

Spooner enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching UGA football, golfing, traveling, and playing guitar.
