Shaquita "Sdot" Carter joined Forge Consulting in October of 2021 as a Case Design team member. She has always desired to do something impactful outside of herself and is excited about putting Forge clients first and making their lives easier.

Shaquita has an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting with a minor in Project Management.

Shaquita has about 20 years of experience in banking and government state taxes. She gained progressive experience in both careers by being inherently inquisitive, hungry for knowledge, and maintaining a positive attitude. Additionally, she has strong leadership and operational skills and is eager to deploy those skills as an asset to Forge Consulting.

In her free time, Shaquita enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being involved with homelessness initiatives, traveling, attending church, reading articles on various topics, watching sports (go Atlanta Falcons!), and cooking. In her youth, she played the guitar in elementary school, and after recently receiving a guitar as a gift, she has plans of learning and playing all over again.
