Shaquita “Sdot” Carter joined Forge Consulting in October 2021 as a Case Design team member. Shaquita graduated with an Associate of Science degree in business administration and a Bachelor of Arts in accounting with a minor in project management.

Shaquita has 20 years of experience in banking and taxes. She gained progressive experience in both careers by being inherently inquisitive, hungry for knowledge, and maintaining a positive attitude. Additionally, she has strong leadership and operational skills. Shaquita is passionate about leaving a profoundly positive impact on the lives of her clients.

In her free time, Shaquita enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, attending church, and watching sports (especially the Atlanta Falcons). She is also involved in homelessness initiatives in her community.
