Emma Holmes has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry with a focus on finance and operations. Emma joined The Forge Companies in 2020 as Forge Consulting’s Operations Manager.

As the company has grown, she has taken on broader responsibilities, currently serving as the Director of Operations for Forge Consulting. She is responsible for the company’s management and the support team’s leadership. Emma is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing operations activities in the organization to ensure they meet the current and future needs of the company. She emphasizes leadership and empowering the team with opportunities to serve the client while growing personally and professionally.

 

Emma graduated from Mississippi State University in 2012, earning her undergraduate in philosophy, focusing on mathematical deductions and logic. Before joining Forge Consulting, Emma worked as the Financial Control Manager at Trustmark National Bank. She holds the industry designations Certified Trust Operations Specialist (CTOP) and Certified Structure Settlement Consultant (CSSC).

 

Emma and her wife, Claire, have an Aussiedoodle they spend most of their spare time spoiling. She also enjoys playing tennis, fellowship with friends, and volunteering in her community.
