Adrianna Rivero joined The Forge Companies in January 2026 as a Recruiting Specialist. Adrianna supports talent acquisition efforts and partners with hiring managers to attract top talent across the organization.

 

Prior to joining The Forge Companies, Adrianna gained experience in human resources and talent acquisition, supporting candidate sourcing, communications, and onboarding. She takes pride in delivering a positive candidate experience and is passionate about connecting people with opportunities to grow and succeed.

 

Adrianna earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in business management with an emphasis in human resources from the University of Georgia in 2023.

 

Outside the office, Adrianna enjoys cooking, discovering new food spots, staying active, reading, and spending time with friends, family, and her two dogs.
