The recipient of national awards and Presidential Citations for his problem solving and negotiating skills as a U.S. Army captain, Charles has a natural ability to make important decisions under pressure. This skill, perfected while piloting an Apache helicopter, has led him to excel at settlement negotiations. A Distinguished Military Graduate of North Georgia Military College and former vice president of his Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity, Charles embraces the core values of honesty, integrity and service. His steely determination and aggressive passion for excellence make him a formidable force at the bargaining table. Charles' sense of service has extended from the army to civilian life, as he actively pursues the preservation of plaintiffs' constitutional right to an unrestricted trial by a jury of their peers.
